I’m so glad you are here. The goal of the hummingbird files is to inspire us to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. Many of us are overwhelmed by what we see as the enormous challenges facing our planet. My hope is that nurturing this connection will engender a sense of purpose to our everyday actions, both big and small.

Interviews with leaders from varying wisdom traditions; scientific, religious, indigenous and women, can help guide our thoughts to understanding our own values and priorities. As we are motivated to action, we can build the kind of world we want to live in, which in turn will help heal Earth and ourselves.
